Customer Progress Billing for Analytic Account / Project
This module allows your accounting users to create progress billing and allow them to print progress billing in PDF format as shown in the below screenshots and send it to customers for billing of project purposes.
Main Features:
- Allow your user to set Total Progress Billing Amount on the analytic account form view where they can mention the total amount which is going to be invoiced to your customer with progress billing for your project / analytic account.
- The system adds a progress billing title on the customer invoice form and allows your user to make selections of a project and based on the selection system, auto compute different kinds of progress billings amounts on the customer invoice form as shown.
- Allow your user to print progress billing pdf reports so you can send them to your customer by email.

Progress Billing Defination:
Progress billings are customer invoices requesting payment for work/job completed to date for a given project / analytic account.
The progress billings invoice can show the original contract (analytic account) total amount, the amount the customer has paid to date as well as what percentage of the work has been completed.
Progress billings are common in a number of different industries/businesses including job contracting and construction projects. There are many roofers, plumbers, job contractors, painters, electricians, and plumbers will use customer progress billings as part of their business life.
