We have the below configuration options:
A) Allow Global Discount: If this option is ticked then you can apply discount globally on the POS order.
If this option is unticked then you can’t apply a discount globally.
B) Allow Line Discount: If this option is ticked then you can apply discounts on the POS order line.
If this option is unticked then you can’t apply a discount on the POS order line.
If you want to apply discounts globally on the POS order and order line then you have to tick both “Allow Global Discount” & “Allow Line Discount”.
