This app allows your training team to conduct or organize training for your partners/vendors/customers with respect to your project, project task, product, and other training as shown in the below screenshots.

Main Features

  • The Training Manager or Training Officer can create and manage the training applications along with training for projects, products, tasks, and other training as shown.
  • The system generates unique training application numbers.
  • Allow your training team to set the Participants, Internal Trainers, and Share To External Trainers on the Training Application form view.
  • Allow sending by email training application and training to the participants and partner of training application and training.
  • Allow to create and manage the meetings (Odoo Standard) for training application and training with partners, participants, and trainers as shown.
  • The training team can create and manage the material requisition for training application and training.
  • Training Manager and Training Officer can create trainers and manage them. Trainers can be internal or external.

What it does

This module provides a few customizations for the Accounting app and serves as the basis for further expansion of other modules.

Key Features

  1. In some cases, we need to know if a tax is a value added tax. So adds a new field Is VAT to the model `account.tax.group` and the model `account.tax` for that purpose.
  2. Add the VAT Counterpart Account field to the Company information. This field will be automatically updated by l10n modules.
  3. New Account Type
    • Financial Income, xml_id: to_account_financial_income.data_account_type_financial_income
    • Income Deduction: xml_id: to_account_income_deduct.data_account_type_revenue_deduct
  4. Automatically recognize individuals/companies to apply a suitable fiscal position. E.g: a VAT rate of 0% will be applied to the customer who is a company located outside of Vietnam when they purchase products on your e-Commerce website.
  5. Add the notebook tag to the payment form which other modules can inherit when there’s a need to add new pages to this form.
  6. Track reversed account journal items and journal entries in convenient way
