Attendance Rules

    • Every rule has its own rate that will be used in overtime calculation depending on employee hourly rate.

  • Attendance Lateness Rules

    • Configurable Lateness rules with multiple steps of periods.
    • Every lateness step has it`s type and rates to be calculated on payslip.
    • Supporting Lateness penalty matrix (times rate * initial rate or amount * step time)

  • Absence Rules

    • Configurable Absence rules with multiple steps depending on how many days of absence during the payslip period.
    • Every Absence Step has it`s rate to be calculated on payslip.

This module and mobile app enable users to perform Check-In and Check-Out functions using GeoLocation via the mobile application.

Notes:

1. “v3c_hr_attendance” module is installed on the Odoo server before logging in to the Android app.

2. To ensure compatibility, kindly verify that the Android application supports Android 6 (Marshmallow) or later. For assistance with support for older or newer versions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How to Login?

Open Server URL Screen by default when you open the mobile application
    1. Get “server details” & “your credential” from your server administrator / odoo administrator.
    2. Enter your odoo server URL.

Here example of URL"https://runbot.odoo.com"

  1. Enter your port number. i.e. 8069 or “blank”.
  2. Enter database name which database you want to login.
    i.e. "24070692-15-0-all"
Click on Next button
Now enter user details
    1. Enter your user name (same user name which you logn in to odoo backend).

Here example of odoorunbot “admin”

    1. Enter your password (same password which you logn in to odoo backend).

  1. If you want to rembember login details then click rembember me check box. (It is optional)
