- System to allow your occasional agents who are internal employees / internal real users of other departments to access some assigned helpdesk support tickets.
- Occasional agents will see menu and tickets where they are set as occasional agents.
- Occasional agents can communicate with customers or internal support teams using open chatter on support ticket form.
